Patrick Evans
Patrick M. Evans, of Dallas, Texas, is a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager at UBS Financial Services. He joined UBS in 2000 and has over 30 years of experience in the investment and wealth management industries. He is a founding partner of the WTC Investment Group, which has offices in Houston, Fort Worth, and Plano. Evans’ team of advisors manages almost $750 million in global investment portfolios.
Evans began his career as a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. where he developed and implemented trading strategies for equity and currency options portfolios.
Evans is a veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve. While enrolled at LSU, he served in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Evans is a third-generation LSU alumnus, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance in 1993. During his time at LSU, he was actively involved in organizations including Leadership LSU, LSU Student Alumni Association, and AIESEC LSU, where he served as president.
He is a past president of the DFW LSU Alumni Association and recipient of the LSU Alumni Chapter leadership Award. He has served in many capacities supporting the university, including as a member of the LSU Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council, the Forever LSU Houston steering committee, and vice president of the Houston PetroTigers. Evans has also been a member of the E.J. Ourso College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council since 2019. He passionately supports AIESEC Life, a U.S. alumni organization which fosters positive change globally. He served on the AIESEC Life Board of Directors from 2015 to 2023.
Evans is engaged to Raquel Varona Pavlik and has two children, Santana and Sultan.
