Pamela Chandler

Pamela Chandler is a dedicated leader in U.S. legal education, currently serving as Chief Content & Learning Officer at BARBRI and Publisher at BARBRI affiliate, West Academic. With over 25 years of experience, she has helped shape how future lawyers learn through curriculum strategy, publishing, and instruction. Pamela has also taught legal writing as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School for nearly two decades, guiding first-year students in developing clear, persuasive writing and advocacy skills.

At BARBRI, Pamela leads learning and content strategy across the full continuum of legal education from law school through bar exam preparation to professional practice. Known for her deep expertise and collaborative approach, Pamela is regularly sought out by faculty and academic leaders to help shape new approaches to teaching, learning, and professional readiness. Her work is informed by a sophisticated understanding of U.S. law school curriculum and long-standing relationships across the legal academy.

Pamela married into the LSU family and, with her husband John and their three children — including one current LSU student — enthusiastically cheers on the Tigers at every opportunity. She holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
