Kevin Courville

Kevin Courville is the president & CEO of Performance Contractors, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Steering Team.

Kevin joined Performance in 1983 as an estimator. Since then, Kevin has held a series of increasingly responsible positions including project manager, project executive, vice president, and executive vice president & COO. In 2021, he was named president & CEO.  

In his current role, Kevin has total oversight of the company and leads the Executive Committee.  

Throughout his career at Performance, Kevin has maintained a number one core value of safety. Closely behind that comes people. These two values are held tightly in his work with all departments, regions, and projects, helping to guide the company through significant growth over the last forty plus years. 

Kevin takes pride in the company slogan, “We Build Better” and applies it to more than just the work we do. It is his and the company’s mission to build better communities in which we work, build better careers for our people and their families, and build better relationships with our clients, vendors, and industry partners.  

Kevin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management in 1985. He lives in Baton Rouge with his wife Monica and has three grown children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys fishing and snow skiing. Active charitable support for organizations includes St. Jude Childeren’s Hospital, Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Treatment Center, Pennington Biomedical Research Center, and LSU Foundation.
