Jonathan Dubroc

Jonathan Dubroc is CFO of M Crowd Restaurant Group, a Dallas-based boutique restaurant company founded in 1991 with locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Before joining M Crowd, Jonathan worked in multi-unit retail and restaurants for over 20 years. Jonathan’s experience includes operations leadership, corporate and real estate strategy, finance and marketing analytics, capital planning, forecasting, accounting, supply chain and restaurant IT systems. He is committed to growing organizations through a balanced approach, where superior financial outcomes are achieved in conjunction with and potentially through the creation of opportunities for others within the organization and the wider community.

Jonathan received a Bachelor of Science in forest management and a Master of Science in marketing from Louisiana State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in finance from Southern Methodist University.

Jonathan enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a senior in high school and served while attending LSU. He has been a member of the E.J. Ourso College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council since 2020 and the LSU Foundation National Board since 2025. Recently, Jonathan has enjoyed giving back through mentorship of students at both his alma maters.

Jonathan was born in New Orleans and raised in Plaucheville, La. Has been married to his wife Kate, LSU graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences, for 25 years and has three children.
