My LSU

Why did you choose to build a career with the LSU Foundation?
I think the LSU Foundation has found me in a profound way, now allowing me to pay it forward. Some time ago, my dog was seriously ill, and I sought medical treatment for him at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. Despite living well over an hour away at the time, the LSU Vet School came highly recommended to help treat my dog. As many pet families can relate, I didn’t hesitate. They helped him recover, and he went on to live his best life to age 16. I now donate monthly to the LSU Vet School as a way to show my gratitude for giving me more time with my best friend.   

What does a typical day look like for you?
Each day I come through these doors, I get to see how our donors, alongside our LSU Foundation team, make positive impacts for LSU students. What a great way to start my day knowing future leaders are educated here!  

Where is your favorite place on campus?
I discovered the performing arts at LSU (check out LSU College of Music & Dramatic Arts for events!). I don’t doubt that the CMDA students today are going to be tomorrow’s Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony (EGOT) winners!
