Mark Richard
Mark Richard serves as Halliburton’s Western Hemisphere President and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. Since joining Halliburton in 1984, he has held various executive leadership roles across multiple regions, including the Gulf of Mexico, Eurasia/Europe/Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia Pacific. His position prior to his current role was the senior vice president of business development and marketing.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Louisiana State University (LSU). He serves on several industry and community boards, including the LSU Foundation, PSP (Permian Strategic Partnership), NOIA (National Ocean Industries Association), and Ronald McDonald House. Additionally, he actively serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the LSU College of Engineering and the American Petroleum Institute Upstream Committee. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers.
