Center for Philanthropy Room Reservation Form

Please note: As part of planned facility improvements within the Center for Philanthropy building, room reservations will be unavailable from June 22 through July 24. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time.

Availability: The LSU Foundation is currently accepting extremely limited event reservations as an outcome of temporary staffing constraints. We encourage you to pursue alternative space options on campus through the end of this calendar year.

Rental Details: The LSU Foundation assesses a fee for the use of its meeting and event spaces. The fee schedule for the board room, third-floor training room and/or terrace, and lobby spaces is $500 (full day) or $250 (half day). Any reservation over four hours is considered a full day rental. Fees must be paid via a transfer request approved by the appropriate departmental designee (account details will be shared upon approval of the request). Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting or event in order to receive a refund.
