President's Millennial Scholars Program

The President's Millennial Scholars Program is an initiative by LSU's Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The program leverages a student-centered approach to ensure the academic, cognitive, personal, career and professional development of students from underrepresented populations. Made possible through a gift by an alumni benefactor, PMSP is designed to retain students by providing academic support, professional and leadership development, and mentorship from faculty and staff. The ultimate goal is to create high-quality learning environments where academic and professional excellence is the expectation.

The President's Millennial Scholars have big dreams, and they are already making strides to achieve them. Learn more about the President's Millennial Scholars by clicking on their names below, and check out the Cornerstone Summer and Fall 2016 feature on the program and its benefactors, Denny and Jane Shelton.
