The Flagship Agenda is a seven-year plan geared towards the University’s 150th anniversary in 2010. The Flagship Agenda intends to reaffirm the University as one of the country’s premier public research institutions. It aims to recruit and retain the best minds in adademia, students and scholars, and enable them to work in an innovative, encouraging, and resourceful environment. The University will benchmark its progress with several performance indicators, including enrollment, graduate education, undergraduate education, faculty and staff, research and scholarship, facilities, and fundraising.
